Craft Works Gallery was a complete ecommerce redesign for an independent retailer, transforming its online presence into a polished, easy-to-use shop that properly supports both the brand and the customer journey. The new website presents a large and varied product range in a much clearer way, with improved navigation, a more contemporary visual style and a responsive shopping experience that works smoothly across devices. From jewellery and bags to eco products and homeware, the site now makes it far easier for customers to discover products and purchase with confidence.
